This exquisite release, the third in The Irishman Founder's Reserve Cask Series, was aged and matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before being carefully finished in sumptuous Oloroso Sherry butts. Nutty Oloroso Sherry notes mingle with the delicate aromas of dried fruit, tangerine and dark chocolate. Hints of toasted oak and velvet spice add a sumptuous warmth to this powerfully complex expression.
